Start by booking an alignment call or sending an email and we’ll hop on a quick call to get acquainted and see if we’re a fit – I’m all about working with people whose goals and values align.
If it’s a fit, I’ll send over a welcome package, including an onboarding form to help you think through your priorities and challenges. It also lets me prepare in advance, ensuring we can hit the ground running and make the most of our next meeting together.
You’ll choose a monthly support plan and we’ll meet to review your goals, gaps, priorities, and pain points, to decide the smartest path forward. Whether it’s starting with a strategy roadmap, an operations overhaul, or jumping straight into ongoing task support, support will be tailored to your goals, budget, and stage of business.
Based on the monthly support plan you choose, I’ll dive into your priorities, adjust plans as needed, and take action to keep projects and operations moving forward.

Plans start from 6 hours per week and are prepaid monthly, giving you consistent, dedicated support. You can scale your plan up or down as your priorities, projects, or growth needs change.

The monthly plans are designed for ongoing support tailored to your specific business needs.
Plans are prepaid at the start of each month and the hours you purchase are used within the month. Hours don’t roll over to the next month, so it’s important to prioritise the most impactful tasks. We’ll work together to ensure the hours are allocated wisely and are focused on your most critical needs.
Plans start from 20 hours a month (approximately 5 hours per week) are pre-paid month-to-month – no need to commit beyond that. Easy!

I work remotely, so all of my services are delivered online. Being remote allows me to keep my overhead costs low, offering my services at a more affordable rate compared to traditional in-person support. Having said that, If we’re in the same city, I’m open to meeting over coffee from time to time.
